Hello everyone,
I actually want to create a poster that is 4 meters by 3 meters (4X3) and I would like to know what scale I should work at.
Additionally, what resolution should I export it at?
I work with Corel Draw and often export in PSD or PDF.
Thank you for your help.

When printing, to produce the x10 ratio on the size, the resolution will be divided by 10: that is, 30 dpi, which is more than sufficient for a very large image.
What to remember: the larger the print size, the lower the resolution can be: because you look at the print from a distance and the dots can be larger.

Consider that 72dpi should be the full-size definition to have something correct (not pixelated). Below that, the quality becomes poor. 30 dpi is really disgusting...
If you are working at 1/10 scale, then use 720dpi.
You can work at 300dpi at a quarter (1/4 scale = 100x75cm), which results in 75dpi at full size.
At best, for a 4 by 3, because it's viewed from very far away, you can afford to work with a final definition of 30dpi.
I still recommend always keeping a definition of at least 72dpi!
