Hello everyone,
I'm coming to the forum to share a problem that I can't seem to solve and that is quite frustrating:
When I right-click on a file, the hourglass replaces my mouse and I have to wait a good 10 seconds before the context menu opens. I opened the Task Manager to check which application might be the cause, and during the right-click, the executable "WMI Provider Host.exe" spikes in CPU usage (up to about 17% of the processor), then as soon as the context menu appears, it drops back to 0%.
Conclusion: I think this executable is the cause of my problem but I don't know what to do :(
Thank you for your help
Best regards.
P.S.: Everything works fine with folders; the context menu opens immediately upon right-clicking.

Well, I'm answering myself because I found the solution. Actually, if the item "Send to Bluetooth device" in the context menu is buggy, I opened CCleaner, then in the "Tools" section, under the "Context Menu" tab, I disabled "BSAppShlEst.dll" and that resolved the issue!
