Hello everyone,

I recently migrated to Windows 10 and everything was fine. Until today when the right-click on my laptop (Samsung) stopped working for no apparent reason (no changes on my part before shutting it down last night).

I tried SHIFT+F10 and assigning right-click to 0 on the numeric keypad but it doesn't do exactly what I would like it to do. It opens the generic shortcuts (to graphic properties, etc.) or sometimes it does nothing.

For example, I would like to do the following with right-click:
- When my mouse points to the icon of a browser, display the drop-down menu directly to the favorites, private browsing startup, etc.
- In the task manager, access the "End Task" function.
- In an open Internet window, access the drop-down menu where "Copy," "Paste," etc. are available.

If you have any tips to help me, thank you in advance!

Hello,

I have had issues with my trackpad on Windows 10 before:
go to Device Manager (by typing it right after opening the Start menu) > scroll down to Other Pointing Devices > Touchpad (double click) > 'Driver' tab > previous version.

If that doesn't work, try updating the driver in the same window.

Also, just in case, do you have the 'Context Menu' key on your keyboard? (it looks like this: http://i.stack.imgur.com/kF3jU.png )

Best regards.

Thank you for your response. Unfortunately, the Touchpad doesn't even show up as an option in the "Mouse and pointing devices" section. Since my keyboard is in poor condition to begin with, I think the problem is ultimately more hardware-related than software-related.

Thanks again for your help.
