Mouse cursor moves but clicking is impossible

Hello everyone,
I'm reaching out to you because I have a problem that has been ongoing for a week now.
Whether with the touchpad or a mouse, the cursor moves but clicking is impossible, both on the desktop for any icon and on the internet.
At first, it would come back, but for the past two days, I haven't been able to use my computer at all without just using the keyboard.

I hope you can help me because I'm considering resetting the PC but that would really bother me.
