Mouse cursor moves but clicking is impossible

Hello everyone,
I'm reaching out to you because I have a problem that has been ongoing for a week now.
Whether with the touchpad or a mouse, the cursor moves but clicking is impossible, both on the desktop for any icon and on the internet.
At first, it would come back, but for the past two days, I haven't been able to use my computer at all without just using the keyboard.

I hope you can help me because I'm considering resetting the PC but that would really bother me.

    Yes, that had never happened to me before the update.
    I've had Windows 10 since its release, it didn't happen right away but it's true that it appeared under Windows 10.

      Oh yeah, I didn’t think about that.
      But is it possible that the cursor works and not the click? It’s strange because if it were the driver, nothing would work at all, right?
