Hello, I had a problem with stuttering on several games requiring a graphics card (FIFA 14, Age of Empires), so I wanted to uninstall the driver for my standard VGA graphics card (thinking I could reinstall it if nothing changed), and it changed my resolution to 800x600 (which I set back to 1366x768). The problem is that now my computer is sluggish, and I can't open FIFA at all, it shows an error message "E0001".
What should I do to stop this bug without losing all my files and programs?
Thank you for your responses.

By removing the driver, your graphics card is no longer being utilized properly.
Moreover, standard VGA is not a specific driver for a graphics card...
I recommend visiting the site ma-config.com, detecting your GPU, and installing the latest driver (all of this on the same site :D)

Thank you, I went to the website and detected my GPU.
However, how do we install the latest driver? I couldn't find it, and it wasn't suggested to me.

Alright, I installed it, and my computer is no longer sluggish :)
But on the other hand, I still have the issue of stuttering with my CD-ROM games. And since it doesn't come from the driver or the graphics card, where could it possibly come from? :)

Okay, so I downloaded Malwarebytes, and I did a quick scan.
It revealed quite a few infected items, which I deleted.
And then I tested FIFA, and it no longer lags! :D
I probably had a "bad thing" that was causing the images to stutter ^^
Anyway, thank you very much for your help, and don't worry, I will mark it as "problem solved" ;)

Well, all these adwares/malwares that you catch when downloading stuff/software... try to download the software from the official sites of the said software (like, for Malwarebytes, I sent you a link to the official site, another site could have added its little "toolbars" or other crap, which come to infect your computer... and slow it down), scan regularly with these two programs, it usually cleans things up well ^^ (and AdwCleaner too, if you want..)
