How to empty the trash on Samsung Galaxy?

Hello,

I have a Samsung GTS5660 mobile phone. I can't permanently delete the Gmail trash ... even if I delete it from my laptop. I went to several Bouygues stores, but every time, the salespeople told me they didn't know the procedure to follow... surprising!!

I need simple explanations because I'm not good at this kind of thing!!!

    Hello,
    It empties itself after 30 days, otherwise, you can do it from your PC (or your phone) via the Gmail website. The Android app does not allow you to empty the trash.

      Hello Sir. Thank you for your response, but I still don't understand what to do. I'm in the same situation. I took a photo unintentionally that I absolutely need to delete. I deleted it from my gallery, but I'm told it has been transferred to the Samsung Cloud trash. I would like to have no trace of this photo at all. Thank you.
