Hello,

I have a display issue with a Word file, it normally has 52 pages but when I open it, it only shows 6.

And when I scroll down, on the 5th page, the display becomes choppy and stays that way (see attachment).

Do you have a solution please?

Thank you.

Best regards.

No need: Your image doesn’t teach us anything at all!
And the explanation "the display becomes choppy" doesn’t clarify anything further...
We would love to help you, but based on what?
What happens with your other multi-page Word documents?
What happens when you open your file on another computer?
Why don’t you send the first 10 pages of your document while modifying the confidential information?

In the image, we can see that the blue background of the word "overlaps" the pages and that they are cut off.

The problem appears on all computers; it comes from the file. I tried to copy the entire file into a new one, and I have the same issue.

When I try to save it as a PDF, I get the error message "Export failed: unable to prepare the document for export."

This file contains quite a few tables.

It cannot be opened with Open Office; it crashes and tries to recover the file.

Unfortunately, I cannot provide you with this file.

Best regards.

And I can only look for the cause of this bug by examining the file ...

Hi,
You can cut it into pieces until you find where it gets stuck: 26 first pages, 26 last ones, 13 first ones, etc.
