Hello,
I just got Word 2019 at the office.
I want to set the page or margin boundaries (the dotted line around an entire page).
I found the text boundaries in the options, but that only creates lines.
So that's not it.
This helps me a lot while typing. I had it in my old Word.

What you found is indeed correct... It's just that it's been this way for several versions, and even though it doesn't seem to satisfy anyone!! And indeed, it's not called Page Limit but Text Limit (and it's always been called that, even if it indicated the page limit).
So you'll have to settle for the cropping guides located at the four corners.
Now, if you absolutely need this limit (which I don't think is really useful), I have a solution which is to enable the grid, and change the grid settings by setting your format, for example: horizontal => 16 cm and vertical => 24 cm (for an A4).
