Je précise que Apache et php fonctionnent sans problème, tous deux installés manuellement.

Apparemment ce serait le fichier my.ini qui serait introuvable par le serveur mysql.

Cela était juste dû au UAC user account control (Contrôle de Compte Utilisateur). J'ai donc ouvert une LI (Command Line Interpretor) avec privilèges, Démarrer > cmd > ctrl alt shift.
