Hello,
my son accidentally dropped my screen but I can’t get hold of the warranty anymore. Isn’t there a solution to get me reimbursed with not too many fees, I’m quite strapped for money. Thanks in advance

    Hello,

    A warranty, as far as I know, only covers breakdowns. This type of accident can only be covered by comprehensive insurance you would have taken out for your house (and again, you need to check the exact clauses).

    Moreover, a refund is generally only accepted within the first few weeks after purchase, for intact equipment returned in its packaging.

    Now, I have not followed how store practices have evolved. Maybe now they refund upon presentation of the debris.
