Here I have this television

and I would like to know, I have an ad banner that appears every 5 minutes at the bottom of the screen with sharp, hdmi, youtube, etc. written on it...
how can I get rid of this thing permanently, please?

The device is set to demo mode and not to home mode. Please perform a complete reset by initializing the device in first installation mode.

Nice TV!
Take the time to read the user manual!
For a $2,000 TV, I would make sure to read everything first!
It must be the new smart TV.
Before, you just had to plug it in and press power, times change.

There are too many types of TVs for you to get help on this particular model, and even then, someone would need to know this model, and what are the chances that this person is here on the forum and sees your message, and that they would know about this issue.
Unless I'm mistaken, it’s going to take less time to read the user manual.
