Hello, I have a copier and scanner printer, the HP PSC 1410
and I can't scan; everything comes out black. I also can't photocopy; everything is black. However, when I print something from the PC, it works perfectly. What should I do to fix this problem? Thank you in advance, Cocci

Hello, my HP PSC 1410 printer no longer wants to print. I turn it off, unplug the cables... it doesn't work. When I turn it on, it directly displays an "E." Then I press the little cross, but it won't go away and I can't print. Also, a small red button is flashing at the ink level, but I've checked everything in my printer... what should I do??

Hi, uninstall HP. Then reinstall it without connecting the HP 1410 and connect it once prompted by the software; it should work.
