Hello, I have a problem. Please help me. For some time now, my Star Sat 2000 HD Ace decoder isn't working. It doesn't decrypt any channels. What should I do?

... So nothing is encrypted, everything is in the clear, what are you complaining about..?

I think you mean the opposite of what you're writing...

1° question, do you receive channels in the clear (like France 24 for example)

2° if the answer is yes to question 1, it means that you don't have a key or a valid card to decode the reception...

Explain further what subscription you have, for which satellite...? Or do you have your keys...??

I advise you not to use either 1.42 or 1.47 because they cause a lot of problems.

Does anyone know what to do? Personally, the receiver no longer decrypts all the French channels (TF1, F2, M6, W9, Canal, etc.). The CSAT server does not want to connect.
All HD channels are no longer decrypted, and some other channels like JSC Sports +5, +9, and +10.
An update might solve this problem. Or will the update erase everything (channels and servers)?

Your receiver was "modified," I suppose, and the update restored it to its original state... The modifications have been erased... And you are only receiving free channels now...

You shouldn't have done the update... It's normal.
