Hello,
I just acquired a Starsat SR 2000HD receiver and I can't configure or sync it with V-BOX. Please help me with detailed answers regarding my issues with the receiver, knowing that all the connections are correct. Thank you in advance.

Good evening,
If the V.Box is a DiSEqC 1.2 and the
Starsat is compatible with DiSEqC 1.0/1.1/1.2/1.3 (USALS)

Then in the antenna configuration settings, you need to enable DiSEqC in mode 1.2 as it is the protocol for motorized positioners; make sure to check the compatibility of the actuator and connections.
