Problem avec shell32.dll

Alors voila, depuis un moment mon system m'empeche d'installer certaine applications, et m'affiche le message d'erreur suivant :
The system DLL user32.dll was relocated in memory. The application will not run properly. The relocation occured because the DLL C:\WINDOWS\system32\SHELL32.dll occupied an address range reserved for windows system DLLs. The vendor supplying the DLL should be contacted for a new DLL.
Alors, j'ai copier la meme DLL a partir d'une auitre machine XP, mais j'ai pas reussi a l'ecraser, meme pas en mode sans echec, ou en mode sans echec avec interface DOS, et j'ai aussi essayer faire une mise a jour via le site de microsoft.fr, mais sans succes tjr,
