Hello, I have an Ordissimo laptop with an AZERTY keyboard. Since I installed Windows XP on the laptop, I no longer have the exact keyboard layout. Can someone help me with this issue and guide me on the steps to follow to fix this problem? Thank you.
Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 6.0

I don't know your keyboard.
But if it's not a standard keyboard, you need to reinstall the keyboard drivers and change the one declared in Windows, Device Properties which should be standard 101/102 key keyboard.

Hello and thank you for your responses, so I will change the keyboard key otherwise regarding the drivers I downloaded them directly from the motherboard manufacturer's website. So depending on your computer, you install Everest to get the technical data.
Otherwise, send me an email at dfragg@gmail.com and I will send you the drivers for the sound card;

Yes, it is indeed an Ordissimo laptop, but if you install Windows directly on your laptop, you will encounter issues with the Linux bootloader that is on the system. I didn't succeed the first time with the installation, so I proceeded to reset the hard drive with Partition Magic.
Then you can install Windows on the machine;
If you encounter the problem with the F8 key, you need to use the 7 or 8 key on the first line of the keyboard at the top as it is configured as the F8 key and will allow you to continue the Windows installation.
Good luck!

Thank you for your response, except that the manufacturer doesn't have drivers; I already had trouble finding those for audio, video, and LAN.
The keyboard has copy, paste, and print keys, and the @ symbol is next to 1, above the Escape key, and it doesn't have F1 to F12 keys.

Contact the technical service; they should provide you with the drivers or the name of the manufacturer who developed this keyboard.
The only problem you might encounter is if, for example, you want to install Linux and the manufacturer has not developed specific drivers for that OS.
In the package of your computer, there should be a CD-ROM with the drivers, right?
Generally, there is a CD with a bunch of manuals in PDF format, but also the drivers.

Hello,
I have the same problem, could you tell me which site you found the audio and video drivers on?
For the keyboard, it's not that complicated: you just need to go to the keyboard settings and change the functionality of the keys, for example, by keeping the ordissimo keyboard, you can tell your computer that the @ key corresponds to the @ on Windows.
Best regards.

Hi,
Did the installation of Windows XP go well for you?
For me, it got stuck during the installation.
You have an Ordissimo laptop, right?
Thanks

According to the label under the computer, it is manufactured by Clevo, model number M545G. If you search for M545G on Google, you
will find a link to the manufacturer's page, but the page has been removed! Don't worry... go to the manufacturer
at http://www.clevo.com.tw/en/e-services/download.asp and download the drivers and manual for another M545- (I took the M545N, which has the most drivers available). It works very well.

Hello, ORDISSIMO Linux turned into WINDOWS XP is not a problem, but the keyboard is not easy to use, especially for my children, as the keys don't really match. Thank you for giving me the solution if someone has one.

Hi Stéfanie, I knew that the question about your computer's keyboard would fail here, no answer apparently, good luck.
