Code PIN invalide

Hello,
I have a HP laptop running Windows 11, I've had it for a year and a half (new).
It was working fine until recently, but the home page where you enter the PIN is inactive. I type my PIN (confidential box) and nothing happens (not even other numbers or letters).
I tried looking for tutorials on YouTube and found nothing.
Thanks in advance to anyone who can help me fix this,

I tried, I got stuck at step 2 to enter the password received via my email, because it seems like the keyboard is not working...

Hello,
I took the computer to the store's after-sales service (SAV) on June 15th, and since it was still under warranty they sent it to the manufacturer. They returned it to me on July 9th.
Summary:
"Reinstallation of the operating system.
Because the operating system wouldn’t boot, the OS had to be reset to the purchased version."
I rebooted the computer and had to redo all the steps. Although I expected to lose everything, some of my files remained.
Everything works fine, I’m hesitant to reinstall the programs I had installed.

Hello
Install a system image utility; these backups allow you to revert to the exact state on the day of the backup. With a laptop, you need an external drive.
A bit of reading on the subject:

The best free ones are: https://www.easeus.fr/logiciel-de-sauvegarde/todo-backup-free.html or Aomei.
