Jack cable + Car radio = Sound from one side only

Hello everyone!

So here’s my problem, I have a radio in my car that I use in "Aux" mode, which means jack cable and mobile phone. However, the sound only comes from the right side of the car, the left only emits a high-pitched noise. In FM radio mode, both speakers work.
In this case, I assumed that the problem was with the jack cable, but even with two different ones, the result is the same.

Any ideas?

    try checking your connections at the back of the set. and try your jack with your phone on a HiFi system for example :)
