Hello, I just received a Peugeot 3008 equipped with a jack socket for iPod, but I would like to be able to connect a USB stick or, if not possible, an MP3 player with a cable. Is there a possibility to find a female USB to male jack adapter? Thank you for your answers.

Connecting a USB to a jack is impossible (a USB stick only stores music but does not play it). However, connecting an MP3 player to a jack is possible; all you need is a jack cable (male-male) that is readily available for almost nothing. You just need to connect the output of the MP3 player to the jack of the car radio, switch to AUX mode on the car radio, and turn up the volume a bit...
