Car jack socket

Hello, here is my problem.
I've always used the headphone jack in my car to listen to music with my smartphone, which was a Samsung. Since it has given up the ghost, I bought a Huawei and the standard jack (male/male, 3 contact points) doesn't work in my car. It actually works, but after 0.5 seconds, the music automatically pauses XD. It does work on speakers without any problem when moving the smartphone.
Normal earbuds also work, and another mystery is that the 'headset' jack cable, which means 4 points to 3 male contact points, works perfectly even when moving. The thing is, I can't find this headset cable anywhere (not at Media Markt, nor FNAC).

My questions are:
- does anyone know why only this cable works while the normal jack worked on my Samsung?
- does anyone know where to find this headset cable other than online?

Thanks for reading my story full of hurdles.

Configuration: Android / Chrome 59.0.3071.125

Hello,

The plug of your new phone is different; it is designed for a four-ring connection: 2 for headphones, 1 for microphone + remote, and 1 for common or ground.

Your old headset has three rings, which results in a poor connection and a short circuit between 2 rings that sends the pause command..

-- You need to change it or find an adapter that converts this ring issue... moreover, there are two versions with Apple's; the common is not on the same ring...

The game is to find the right adaptation...

But without internet, it will be difficult, and in my opinion, you need to try to be sure to get the right one..

I have already answered this question several times on this site... search a bit.
