USB connection to car radio jack

Hello,
I have a Citroën car radio (C3 Picasso) that can connect a USB stick or an iPod of the 5th generation or higher. Unfortunately, there is only a female mini Jack socket. Does anyone have a solution to connect my USB stick because I haven't found an adapter online or in stores?
