The sound on my iPhone lowers by itself.

Hello,

Here is my little problem. When I am listening to music with my iPhone 5, using the Apple headphones, the sound decreases by itself, and sometimes it goes mute. However, when I plug in a regular headset, the sound stays the same and doesn't decrease. I have tried checking the settings, but nothing works.
Could someone help me?
