Hello
Is it normal that the ringtone for incoming calls on my iPhone XR suddenly decreases after 3 seconds and becomes quite faint?
Is there a setting to adjust, or is this normal?

    Hello,

    Try disabling attention-based features.

    Go to Settings > Face ID & Passcode and uncheck Attention Awareness Features.
