Hello everyone
It has been 3 months now that I've had a problem with my Toshiba Satellite C660 work laptop, as some keys on the keyboard are no longer working....
I was told that this problem is common and that a BIOS update might solve it, but when I download the BIOS update from the manufacturer's website, I can’t get it to run. I get this error: Check below items BIOS version above 200 battery capacity more than 10% AC is attached
Even though I do put the laptop on battery, I unplug it from the power supply, the battery is at 7%, and I have a current BIOS version of 190. I don't see where the problem could be
Already the error message can be misleading... What do you think?
Thank you very much

Hello
We think you should plug the PC into the power source because below 10% battery capacity it won't update for safety reasons.
If the PC shuts down due to a power failure during the BIOS flash, it's done for!

Before asking a question: 1° The brain doesn't wear out if you use it, don't hesitate to use it!
2° Google is your friend, the search engine of CCM is too, do some research! -
That's another way of looking at the error message, while the word "above" means "over," so if the update takes the BIOS from 190 to 200, it doesn't make sense that it requires a version higher than 200.
