Philips Ambilight TV 42PFL7962D12 no sound

Hello,

For the past two weeks, my PHILIPS AMBILIGHT 42PFL7962D12 TV has not been producing any sound, although I can still see the image, and when I adjust the volume on the remote, it fluctuates but there is no sound, not even on the headphone output.
If anyone has encountered the same problem or has a solution, please let me know.

    I have the same as you, it happened to me not to have sound, but for a silly reason, just a simple press on the speaker button on the remote,
    which seems to have nothing to do with your case
