Live.fr mail access

Hello

I am writing this message for a friend.
He has not switched from live.fr to outlook and can no longer access his mailbox.
He cannot access his Facebook account either, so he can't change the email address linked to it.
However, he has created an Outlook address and wishes to link it to his Facebook account.
What should we do? Thank you for your response.

    Hello,

    You need to go here: https://outlook.live.com/owa/ and log in with your live.fr credentials.

      Hello, thank you, but I did it; however, I can't see at all where all my emails that I had in live.fr have gone.
