Question

Hello, someone added me on their MSN and their address is of the type ......@live.fr
I tried to send them an email asking if we knew each other, but every time I get a return from "postmaster@mail.hotmail.com" Delivery Status Notification (Failure)‏"
so I was wondering if it was possible that this was a fake address, or a virus or something...
does anyone have an idea?

You can definitely have an MSN address with @live instead of @hotmail, but if you don't know the person who just added you, it's better to block them.

Well, for now, I've tried to send an email to the person again, but if it bounces back with a "mail delivery failure," I'll delete the "person" ^^

from the moment postmaster sends you an email, it means the address is not correct, so if you say you're receiving strange emails, it's better not to take any risks and get rid of that
