LG TV Malfunction

I bought an LG television about two years ago, and it has broken down.
The error code is V3.03.0. The screen is white.
This is the code that appears when I plug it in, the remote control does not respond, and I plug and unplug the cable to turn off the TV. Please let me know if you have encountered this type of issue. Best regards.

    Hello,

    I invite you to try an operation:
    * Turn on your screen.
    * Wait for 10 seconds.
    * Press and hold the "EXIT" button on your remote control for 10 seconds.
    * The screen should display static due to this operation.
    * At this point, turn off the screen, wait another 10 seconds, and then turn it back on.

    You should access the home interface.

      Good evening, I have the same issue; my screen is white with a rectangle at the top displaying the number V3.10.0. I don't have a remote control, so I turn it on using the buttons on the sides. The TV is by the brand LG.

      If you have a solution, I would be happy to use it.
