Wifi network card activation

Hello,

I have a problem activating the Wi-Fi card on a brand new PC (it's not a laptop). I can't get the icon that allows me to see the Wi-Fi activation. When I set up the wireless connection assistant, I can't get anywhere. I've also looked in the BIOS, but I don't see any settings regarding Wi-Fi activation. My Wi-Fi card is built into the PC case (which I can't open, otherwise I lose the warranty) and there's no activation button. I just screwed the antenna on the back. Do you have any tips or a solution?
Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 7.0

otherwise (for win 7),
control panel -> hardware and sound -> device manager -> and look a little you will find "network adapter" and there you will find something marked "802.11 network adapter" or something similar and you click and activate and you click "next" and there you go......

I have the same issue.
I just switched to Windows 7, I'm with Free, and I can't connect to Wi-Fi since I changed my PC (and it's not a laptop either).
I tried your Ipo thing but "802.11 network card" does not appear. The only thing that shows up is "NVIDIA nForce 10/100/1000 Mbps Ethernet."
When I plug in my SAGEM XG703A 802.11b/g Wi-Fi dongle (which I got with my Livebox back in the day), Windows can't find any driver.
I've tried downloading drivers, dongles, anything you want, and manually updating the device, with no success.
I feel like the files are empty.
Do you see any solution? I'm losing hope...
