DD externe infecté : Rapport UsbFix

Bonjour,

Je voudrais savoir si mon DD externe (F:\) est infecté. Windows 7 m'a en effet dit qu'il y avait des erreurs sur le DD quand je l'ai branché (nouvel ordi acheté aujourd'hui).

Au passage, le rapport dit que mon ordinateur n'est pas vacciné. Je le vaccine avec quoi ?
