How to modify only one corner of a square? Solved

Hello everyone,

I'm stuck on a manipulation that I think is doable... but how?
Here’s my problem:

How can I modify only one corner of a shape?

I'm working with Indesign CS6 on a Mac. I created a square and I want to be able to round just one of the 4 corners, so that the other 3 corners remain right angles, but as soon as I round one corner, the other 3 do too.

How can I dissociate the corners of a shape from each other?

Good evening,  Dropdown menu ----> Object ----> Corner Options. You click on the chain so that your corners are not uniform.

You do this using 2 shapes and the Pathfinder...

Draw your square, then a circle... give a stroke to each of them. Position your circle at a corner, select both shapes and in the "Pathfinder" menu choose "subtract... that should do it...

Hello,  By simply ALT+clicking on the small icon located next to the corner radius size settings, you can access a dialog box where you can set each corner of your rectangle.
