Hello,
I'm reaching out to you because one of my contacts was using an iPhone and thus on iMessage, but he just switched to Android. That's not the issue; as you know, when you want to send a message to an iPhone user via iMessage, it automatically directs it with the blue "send" button for iMessage.
So here’s my problem: when I try to send a text to my contact who has switched to Android, it still sends it first via iMessage.
How can I disable this?? (I tried deleting the contact and adding it again but that doesn't change anything, and I also deleted the conversation...)

Thank you, indeed the problem makes sense like that!
He'll see what he can do :)
And no, he isn't receiving it, and the time it takes for iMessage to recognize that it needs to be sent as a message is long, and the reflex of pressing and holding the bubble to send it as a text message is annoying!
Thanks again :)
