Hello,

So, I received a home cinema as a gift: LG DH3120S

The problem is that when I plug my USB stick into the home cinema player,
the player doesn't detect it, even with the 4 other sticks I've tried formatting in all available formats through Windows (FAT, FAT32, exFAT, and NTFS)..

I don't know where the problem could come from, even after looking at the manual, I read that the AVI format is compatible. The issue might be with the USB stick, but what kind of issue is it?

Thank you for your replies :-)

Good evening, you can forget about formatting in NTFS, it is not supported by your home, only FAT16/32 formats are accepted, also check the capacity of USB drives, if they exceed a certain quota of Gb, your home will refuse them as well.

If after all these checks it still doesn't work, return to customer service with the device and the non-working drives to show them.

    Best regards.

I tested on 256MB, 2GB, and 4GB flash drives, whether it was movies or music.

I see only one alternative to this, which is to return to customer service with the keys to demonstrate it to them, and let them figure out how to make it work as indicated in the technical specifications.
