How to set Foxit Reader to French?

Hello,
Good evening, I just downloaded the latest version of Foxit Reader 5.4.5 0114
I can't change the language to French, "language" does not appear in the toolbar. I've followed links that seem outdated.
If someone can guide me, thank you

    How to install the language with the latest version of Foxit Reader

    Download and install the latest version --> Foxit Reader
    During the installation, uncheck the toolbar and ask.
    After the installation, sometimes the toolbar installs
    Go to add or remove programs or programs and features
    Uninstall the Foxit Reader toolbar if not desired

    Go to: C\program files or program files(x86) or programs\Foxit software\Foxit Reader
    Right-click in the empty space
    New
    Folder
    Name it >> Lang

    Then, to get French on Foxit Reader, go to this --> link
    In select product, select the version --> 5.3.1.0606
    In French, right-click on --> Download lang_fr_fr.xml
    Save link as, choose the desktop and save
    On the desktop
    Copy the file --> download lang_fr_fr.xml
    Then paste this file into the Lang folder --> C:\ program files or program files(x86) or programs \Foxit software\Foxit Reader\Lang

    Open Foxit Reader
    Edit
    Preferences
    Click on Languages
    Check: choose custom language
    Select French and OK.

      I just downloaded version 6.0.3.0524 :(
      Is there no version in French? Or did I not find it?

      same problem, under preferences, the option mts_lang_fr_fr.xml is not being taken into account.

      I installed version 6, the lang french file is in the foxit folder. But it's impossible to have it in French. Thank you for your help.

    Hello everyone,
    For those who are struggling or have version 6, here’s a good tutorial with a zip:

    Basically, download the zip, retrieve the fr_fr folder with its file, place it in the lang folder of foxitreader, then go into the registry by clicking on Windows+x and change the value of:
    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Foxit Software\Foxit Reader 6.0\Preferences\Languages
    "langid"="49114d"
    Then start foxit reader and there you go, it’s in French.
