Reduce a foxit pdf file

Hello,
I would like to reduce a PDF document that is 23.0MB using Foxit Reader 2.2. I need to send the document by email, but it is too large and I want to reduce the size. Please help me. Thank you in advance.

Configuration: Windows XP / Internet Explorer 7.0

    You compress it with software like 7-zip.
