Hello,
A few days ago, I dropped my phone and since then it doesn't work anymore. Not having the time to go change it in town, I decided to take my father's old phone that he no longer uses. I'm with Orange and the phone is locked to SFR, and my father just changed his operator, so he is also with Orange now. I'm left with a phone that I can neither use nor unlock because when I visited the SFR site, it says that for customers who have canceled their contract, a questionnaire to obtain the unlocking code is available in the customer area. Problem: to access it, you need to log in, but since we're no longer customers, I can't.. I also tried calling 1023, but I don't understand anything because it's explained so well.
Does anyone have a practical and easy solution to propose and explain to me?
I thank in advance the one who will answer me.
Best regards.

Hello everyone,
After two weeks of struggles, I finally found the solution to this little-known but very annoying problem that has you going in circles between forums, the SFR support site, and unlocking sites.
Actually, you just need to call 1023, then press 1 for: your call concerns your mobile.
Then press 1 for: technical issue
And finally press 3 for: other request, and you should normally reach an SFR advisor.
After that, just follow the procedure in the email for restoring the iPhone and you're done!
I hope this post helped you, bye :)!!!
