Good evening, it's not true that a bailiff is on your back because you had a two-month payment delay; they have better things to do.
There is a collections service, you need to know how much your bill is and your commitment, that is to say, how many months are left in your contract. If you don't pay, they can put you on display, but if you already have another line, they can't cut it off.
In the worst case, a little bailiff will come, and that's it.
Afterwards, the cost of the operation is really expensive; they'd rather negotiate and will grant you a payment plan, that's clear and in their interests.
