Good evening,

I made the same mistake as you on Friday; I was supposed to pay €1 and now I've been charged €79. I can't afford such an amount, and it's just plain fraud. I was so naive. What can I do? How can I get a refund?

Véro

    Good evening

Have you read the site's terms and conditions?
I'm sure it was written that you would pay €79... and so I think that no recourse is possible.

      Hello

Can someone tell me how to deactivate myself from astrology divination? Thanks in advance.

No, I haven't read anything unfortunately! Other victims are also talking about a monthly deduction of €38. I am going to block it. I have 2 numbers as well, I will call and threaten to file a complaint.

Read the terms first to find out how to cancel, because often, without knowing it (if you haven't read anything), you end up subscribing to a quite expensive service each month.

      Hello,

Normally my story is sorted, I found the fortune teller's page, I called total security, I canceled the subscription, I called back to speak to an advisor, an African woman answered, I requested a refund because it was a scam. She told me I should have canceled after the half hour, but I replied that I didn't know that but I wanted to be refunded otherwise I would file a complaint. She said okay for the refund, I received the email and in a few days I should see my €79 back :) I won't fall for it again lol!!!!

"I'm not falling for that again lol !!!!"

neither on clairvoyance nor on anything else, I hope. Always read the terms of the sites, especially those where you have to give your credit card.

You must request a refund by registered letter to this company. Tell them that you will file a complaint by writing to the public prosecutor as well as to the fraud department. If you have already been charged 79 euros, I advise you to request a new card from your bank, explaining that you are afraid of being charged again by this company. Best regards.

Please be reimbursed quickly, within a maximum of 7 days; otherwise, call them back and request your refund one last time within a maximum of 3 days. Wait no more than 5 to 6 days. If you haven't received anything, call them and inform them that you will file a complaint with the public prosecutor, as well as with the fraud department. Keep all paper evidence, such as emails and bank statements showing the 1, then 79 euros debited. Have a good day. Regards. (send by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt)
