Scam or not scam on buying ride-on mowers

I would like to buy a riding mower, but the sites with interesting offers require payment by bank transfer. Two of these sites have the same BIC, which is not impossible, but for two of these sites, the banking institution is "Prepaid Financial Bank." What do you think? Thank you.
