RE, I think I've lost everything :( I've tried everything, but nothing works... I tried on another PC and it's asking me to format! But if I do that, I'll lose EVERYTHING???? pfffff I'm devastated.

I don’t see it either, if you’re asked to format it....  after that you have the option to try to recover your data after formatting with software like recuva or others...  https://www.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/utilitaires/recuperation-de-donnees/  but hey.... -- look at what we have done to the world, look at what we are leaving to our kids

Good evening, after numerous searches, it turns out that it's the USB 3 CABLE that's causing the problems! Pffff, it's crazy!!!
