Hello,

Former FREE customer, I kept the 2 freeplugs. They worked very well.

Today, as a new SFR customer, I’m trying to get my Internet connection to work via the Freeplugs, but it's impossible… Despite the lights being green.

Does anyone have a solution?

Thank you.

Hello,

Have you paired your two freeplugs? See here

Hi,
are these freeplugs or freeplug classics?
You should have returned your freeplugs with your freebox normally ....
What exactly did you connect your freeplugs to?

Hello Brupala!
These are white/beige freeplugs... But I didn't know there were several kinds!

One is plugged into the box and the other into the PC...

You should only connect the Ethernet port and the power supply.

Oops, sorry Brupala, I misspoke.
I have one plug connected to the power box and the second one to the PC!

Can you try the PC with a direct Ethernet connection?
Are you sure about your two Ethernet cables?

The BOX/PC connection via Ethernet is working.

Yes, I think they are "reliable"!!

Hello,
I'm in the same situation: I'm desperately trying to connect the freeplugs (not those from the Free Revolution but the classic box) with the SFR box, but it doesn't work... I'm starting to regret Free, which offered the plugs (while SFR asks for a minimum of 60!!!)
If anyone has the solution, I would be 200% interested because the box is on the opposite side of the living room compared to my TV ;-(

If you only plug in the Ethernet (RJ45) cable, it should work just as well with SFR as with FREE.

Thank you for your response, but unfortunately, that is exactly what I did, and it doesn't work (despite an attempt to reconnect the plugs).

Is it a PC that you have behind the powerline adapters?
The freeplugs indicate their pairing correctly?
