Hello,

I have a Freebox V6 with two Freeplugs 200. I added a Devolo dLAN 500 AV Wireless+ adapter. I synchronized it with the server-side Freeplug and everything works.

Should I ideally also synchronize it with the TV-side Freeplug or is that unnecessary?

Another question: if I now want to replace the Freeplugs with Devolo 500 for more bandwidth, should I replace, for example, the plug on the server side by synchronizing it with the plug on the TV side and then do the reverse afterwards, or do I need to resynchronize everything with the Devolo AV Wireless that I've already set up?

Thank you

Another question: since I will have to keep the freeplugs plugged into the power supply (to power the boxes), even if I unplug them at the Ethernet level, could they still disrupt my new setup since, in addition to the 3 devolos, the 2 freeplugs will still be on the powerline network even without IP traffic? Should I disable them or at least reset them so that they are no longer synchronized with the rest?

Good question,
actually, I hope that the Freeplug powerline adapters automatically deactivate when there is no more Ethernet traffic, otherwise, it is indeed a problem for the other powerline adapters.

Brupala, what other type of power supply (without going through the soldering iron)?

A quick Google search on "food for Freebox V6" should give you some references...
