Password denied windows 7

Hello,

I have a big problem. I wanted to enter my Windows password on my laptop after it went into sleep mode and Windows refuses it: "the username or password is incorrect."
I'm sure the password hasn't been changed.

I haven't lost my password; it's simply being refused.

I tried to restart in safe mode, but it still asks for my password.

In addition, I've noticed that some keys on my keyboard are not responding: the q, d, g, k

I don't know what to do anymore; I've tried several manipulations to change my keyboard from Azerty to Qwerty, but without success.

What can I do?

Thank you in advance for your help.

Configuration: Windows 7 / Internet Explorer 9.0

    Hello,
At startup, on the welcome screen, in the bottom left corner, you have an "Accessibility options" icon, and you can enable the virtual keyboard.
