password denied windows 7 Solved/Closed

Question

Hello,

I have a big problem. I wanted to enter my Windows password on my laptop after it went into sleep mode and Windows refuses it: "the username or password is incorrect."
I'm sure the password hasn't been changed.

I haven't lost my password; it's simply being refused.

I tried to restart in safe mode, but it still asks for my password.

In addition, I've noticed that some keys on my keyboard are not responding: the q, d, g, k

I don't know what to do anymore; I've tried several manipulations to change my keyboard from Azerty to Qwerty, but without success.

What can I do?

Hello, At startup, on the welcome screen, in the bottom left corner, you have an "Accessibility options" icon, and you can enable the virtual keyboard.

I ran a brush between the keys and used a hairdryer (on the cold air setting) but it didn't help. It's a laptop and I don't know how to disassemble the keyboard.

RE To install your driver, you need to go to Device Manager, expand the keyboard branch, right-click on the found line, update, Search on my computer, Browse, and locate the .exe file that you extracted from the ZIP file, and Open it to start the installation.
