How to set a password on a computer?

Hello everyone,
Please, I would like to set a password on my PC (at startup) so that no one can turn it on without my permission.

    Hi
    you can go to Start -> Settings -> Control Panel -> Users ->
    then select your session and properties.... And there you can add one
