S'il vous plait, je voudais mettre un mot de passe sur mon PC (au demarrage) afin que personne ne puisse l'allumer sans mon autorisation.

you can go to Start -> Settings -> Control Panel -> Users ->
then select your session and properties.... And there you can add one
