Hello everyone,
I've been having a problem since yesterday; my Realtek Audio HD driver suddenly disappeared without warning. I no longer have it, neither in the mixer nor in the device manager, yet I still have the files from the driver installation.
So I tried to reinstall it, and during the installation, it tells me that the Bus Driver is not loaded. So I download the Bus Driver and install it, then I install Realtek.
And there you go... Realtek is installed but it's still not in the audio devices list.

So I end up with the crummy ATI audio driver (ATI HDMI Audio), which of course doesn't work (otherwise it wouldn't be fun).

Thank you in advance for your responses.

Configuration: Windows XP / Firefox 15.0.1

    Go into the BIOS
    Advanced
    On-Board device and/or integrated peripherals
    Set the audio to enable
