Hello everyone!
This morning, when I turned on my desktop, Windows wouldn’t start and asked me to perform a startup repair of Windows 7, even though everything was fine yesterday. I went ahead and did that, but it failed. I then initiated the repair from my Windows 7 CD, and that went well, except now at Windows startup, neither my mouse nor my keyboard are responding!
They work perfectly during the PC startup (I can access the BIOS, etc.), but not during the Windows launch!
I tried a system restore (which goes well), but once it’s effective, I end up back with my startup issue, so I'm going in circles!
Of course, my keyboard and mouse work perfectly on another PC, and they are new (Logitech G500 mouse and STEELSERIES MERC keyboard). I am running Windows 7 64-bit, and I admit I don’t know what to do anymore... Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you in advance!
Configuration: Windows 7 / Chrome 21.0.1180.89

Hello.
If it's a desktop computer, unplug the power cord and press and hold the power button continuously for 30 seconds. For a laptop, with the power unplugged, you need to remove the battery and then perform the same operation as for the desktop, but for 45 seconds. This procedure is called a power reset.
This is just a suggestion, but I hope it will be helpful.
See you later ......
