Problem solved, and for those interested, you need to download the Visual C++ 2010 SP1 Redistributable Package:

Like others, I have the issue of the missing MSVCR110.DLL...
I am on W7-64bits SP1.
I tried manually copying the missing DLL into \windows\system32: that didn't solve anything.
I uninstalled WAMP, installed the Visual C++ 2010 SP1 redistributable package, and reinstalled WAMP 2.5 (64 bits), same issue.
Uninstalled WAMP 64 bits, reinstalled WAMP 32 bits: same problem, it still can't find that damn DLL.

What can I do???

For me, I needed to have the 32 and 64 bit versions of Visual C++ 2008 2010 2012 Redistributable.

I encountered a similar problem with the message "exception in module wampmanager.exe at 000F15A0" appearing on startup of wamp even though it has been installed and functioning on my machine for several months now.
I reinstalled the Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 SP1 Redistributable Package (x64) (vcredist_x64.exe), but that was not enough.
So, I reinstalled wamp in a different directory.
It worked perfectly the first time.
I then realized that my old wampmanager.ini file was corrupted. So, I replaced it with the new one and modified all the directory names to match my old installation.
Launching my old wamp with this config file was OK, but I couldn't find my environment (Apache and MySQL "reconfigured" and no databases). Naturally, the services had been recreated by the installation and were not pointing to the right place.
To solve this, I stopped the services from the Wamp menu + deleted and recreated the Apache and MySQL services (still from Wamp).
All is well that ends well, everything is back to normal.

Hello everyone. Regarding this problem; I would like to make a few clarifications about the solutions provided for this issue.
If you want to install Wamp Server 2.4, install the Visual C++ 2010 package (32 bits or 64 bits according to your system) to avoid the error message "msvcr100.dll is missing."
If you want to install Wamp Server 2.5; install the Visual C++ 2012 package
to avoid the error message "msvcr110.dll is missing."

You need to install two packages because there are actually two possible DLL errors in the new versions of WampServer:

(1)
First step:
"Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2012 Update 4"

The second possible error is that port 80 may be in use; here is the procedure to change the port.

1. To test which program is blocking port 80.
You can left-click on the wampserver icon.
Select apache -> service -> test port 80
It will give you the identifier of the program that is causing the issue and that is running on port 80
(Ex: Skype)

Use another port, for example port 82.

Always via the wampserver icon and left-click.
Select apache -> httpd.conf

The file opens with your notepad (or other)

Change the line
listen 80 to listen 82

Change the line
ServerName localhost to ServerName localhost:82

Regarding WAMP, I don't like it because it has too many errors. What I like the most is WebLocal because it is powerful and has never received any errors unlike WAMP.
