Hello
It’s been 4 months since this charge has been occurring on my account for a purchase that I did not
make. Unfortunately, 4 months ago my husband passed away and I have let go of the control over
my bank statements. I want to request a refund but I can't find
the source, I only have the description that appears on my bank statement....
Does anyone have any information about this supplier?????
Thank you for your help

Hello
This is a payment platform collecting subscriptions from various partners, including the infamous 'OnlyFans'..
The best thing would be to ask your bank to revoke these charges (Card??) permanently.. As for getting a refund, that will be a hassle..
What is OnlyFans? What parents need to know | Internet Matters (internetmatters.org)
.
Probable origin of the 'hidden' subscription:

To cancel, go to the reversera website, scroll down, click on "unsubscribe," provide your email... then you will no longer be charged, good luck.
will reverse yes! I just unsubscribed!! I had searched for an unknown number!! On the website in your account, you will find a FAQ and at the end "unsubscribe"
I am very furious about the charge!
Me too. At the beginning of September, I requested a reverse phone lookup service, which was charged to me €0.50 as expected after I provided my bank details. So far, so good, except that 10 days later another charge of €47.90 was made for the same service, and then another one the following month on 10/10/23 for the same amount of €47.90, while I didn’t ask for anything. I only just noticed it and reported it to my bank to stop this scam because it’s surely what it is.
I don't hope for a refund but at least to stop it or cancel my card.
Hello
Not a 'scam' but a very questionable practice.
Probable source of the problems:

Make sure to permanently block any unwanted transactions (See Bank). Or change your credit card (Its number is floating around who knows where..)
Never provide your credit card info online. Use a one-time Virtual Card as needed.

The same problem on my side, I managed to unsubscribe just now by clicking at the bottom and I received an email saying that I will not be charged anymore, but I think it's too late for this month. I also paid 50 cents in July to find out a number... I received a confirmation message from REVERSERA. The charge was made under the name CALL-SOLVER GBLondon because it's a company based in Great Britain.
Good luck!
that's exactly what happened to me; I had an unknown harassing number; I did a search, and shortly after, I received the unpleasant surprise of a charge of 47.90 euros. I immediately went to the bank. it's a big scam, under the guise of a search or a purchase, hides a hidden subscription, which you don't see, that is checked in advance, and then the charge renews infinitely. you need to notify your bank, destroy your debit card, and this fraudulent charge will stop - then file a complaint with the gendarmerie service, Percival, online or at the offices. Act fast.
Good evening,
It is practically impossible to know what this withdrawal corresponds to. Block the withdrawal with your bank. But don't expect a refund.
I advise you to ask the question on the Droit-Finances forum.

Hello, I have exactly the same problem noticed late due to quite a few other issues.
I went to unsubscribe, and I read that I was already unsubscribed! A real miracle, without doing anything! But the €47.90 is still being charged...
I sent a complaint by email.
To be continued.
Hello, I also got caught in November for a KABIS, charge of 50 cents, then the subscription of €47.90. I realized it 2 months later. I unsubscribed via Reversera. You can copy this link into Google, https://reversera.com/fr/unsubscribe, enter your email, and validate. You will receive an email confirming that you are no longer subscribed.
Then you go to your inbox, reply, and request a refund. They will respond saying they will refund you but only the last payment. That's it.
Have a nice day.
Daniel

Hello, I also got tricked; I looked up a reverse number because a guy called me pretending to be an ex, it cost €0.50, but now I've been charged €47 every month. And my banker says I need to cancel the contract and that he can't block the charges... What a hassle.
Hello madam, I just realized that I had this charge too.
Last month, a number I didn't recognize kept calling me, so I tried to trace it using the REVERSA site. If you did the same as me, go to the site, log in with your email address (use the "forgot password" option if you can't remember it). Once logged in, go to the F.A.Q, scroll all the way down, and unsubscribe.
I hope this helps you!
Happy end-of-year celebrations!
I just noticed that I was charged twice for this amount 47.90 HPY*callfinder...
I just unsubscribed from reversa...
I hope that will be enough...
Hello
I am currently experiencing the same issue with the same amount. I don't know how to cancel it permanently.
I'm in the same situation! I contacted them to get a phone number, charged €0.50 without any problem!
But then my bank warned me that they were trying to charge €47.90, so my bank blocked them!
They are taking a subscription that we never requested!! I wrote to them but I don't really know how to reach them!
Because of them, I am forced to change my card!
This is a scam!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hello,
Someone needs to explain to me the interest of looking for a mobile number: if it's important, people will call back or leave a message; if they're nuisances, we block them; if the communications are criminal in nature, we refer to the authorities; and in any case, there is no comprehensive directory of mobile numbers.
If we do it anyway, the concerned websites do warn in their terms and conditions, often well hidden, about these fees, but not necessarily more than on some commercial sites. The process is questionable, but the user can only blame themselves for not having read them in their haste; therefore, there is no scam, just a negligence on the part of the user.
Indeed, and thank you for the word "impéritie," which I didn't know ;-) (we learn something new every day...)
As for me, I paid €0.50 for the conversion of a file (online-file-converter), and in the email I received, I noticed that the 50 cents were paid to "be able to subscribe." Below is an excerpt from this contract ("terms of service")
[Unless stated otherwise on the Site at the time of your Order, you
can benefit from this offer at the reduced price of €0.50 for a period
of 24 hours after which your monthly subscription will become
automatically chargeable at the price of €47.90 / month at the time of the
order, unless canceled before the end of this trial period from your
Personal Space on the Site.]
I directly unsubscribed without paying the €47.90 monthly fee, after retrieving my converted file for my CAD program.
When you request the identification of a phone number, you pay €0.50 and then they try to charge €47.90, it's a scam; you need to block it at your bank, Mrs. Cheval **********.
Yes, it's well known, the postman is named Cheval.
Nothing new in the West and as already said: if one insists on knowing who called when it is of no interest and pays for a special number that cannot guarantee to provide the answer (let's remember that there is no official mobile directory, and that landlines on the red list, behind a standard line or corresponding to a number used fraudulently via VOIP cannot be returned), if moreover one has used this "service" without reading the conditions properly even if they were somewhat hidden, one has not been scammed, one has merely subscribed to a service that takes people for fools so much that one would probably deserve to be one.
