Hello,
this morning I turned on my camera, a Lumix TZ10, and it told me to turn it off and then back on... I did this several times, and then it said "system error (mp)" (I have no idea what that means...) I managed to unlock it (or so I think), but the zoom focus is a disaster: everything is blurry, and the camera refuses to focus... I will check in a store, but I'm not sure if I will have the time, as I'm leaving for vacation in a week... Does anyone have any idea what I could do to fix the camera and take beautiful photos again? What is the cause of this problem? A huge thank you to anyone who finds an effective answer :) ! And in the meantime, for those who are already on vacation: HAVE A GREAT TIME! :)

Hello, Same issue SYSTEM ERROR ZOOM, once turned on, I lightly pressed the zoom ring and it unlocked! Between the service charge for a quote and the announced repair - optical block replacement for €200, I saved €280 and I keep my favorite device. This will be a tip for someone else since you left and came back from vacation as your request dates back to 2012 and we are in 2015! Best regards.
