System error message (zoom) on Lumix TZ30

Hello,
My Panasonic Lumix DMC - TZ 3 compact camera (which has been used little) displays the following message: "system error (zoom)"
Is there any way or software that can fix it?

    So you can still do the basics

    Remove the battery for 10 minutes

    Clean the device

    Bring a vacuum closer to the lens to suck out anything that might be stuck
